In March 2025, Zhejiang Jingyue Biotechnology officially unveiled its core raw material competitiveness: a 1,500-mu organic lemon planting base in Ruili, Yunnan, which provides end-to-end quality assurance for its flagship product, "Ningyi Qingyuan Buccal Tablets." Located in a subtropical monsoon climate zone, Ruili boasts abundant sunshine, ample rainfall, fertile soil, and is far from industrial pollution. With fresh air and excellent water quality, the unique natural conditions here nurture high-quality Uliukeli lemons.
Since its establishment in 2008, the base has adhered to the concept of organic cultivation. For 15 years, it has persisted in refusing to use chemical pesticides, fertilizers, and ripening agents, with the entire process monitored manually to ensure quality. The lemons produced here obtained National Geographical Indication Protection in 2016, earning official certification as a quality benchmark, much like Wuchang rice and Yangcheng Lake hairy crabs. To maximize the retention of lemon nutrients, Jingyue Bio has established a full-industry-chain integration model, with strict control over every step from lemon planting and fresh harvesting to processing and production.
Fresh lemons undergo multiple precision processes, including peeling, liquefaction, filtration, centrifugation, and freeze-drying, to produce high-quality lemon freeze-dried powder that fully retains active ingredients such as vitamin C, citrate, and flavonoids. This integrated model, from base to finished product, not only guarantees the natural purity of raw materials but also locks in nutritional essence through advanced freeze-drying technology. It lays a solid foundation for the health efficacy of the products and highlights Jingyue Bio's commitment to "from base to finished product" quality.
